Nano Ceramic Coating Warranty

GeoShield ensures Nano Ceramic Coating 9H layers at all authorized installation centers in the Gulf Arab countries.

The warranty covers the following factors:

The warranty does not cover the following factors:

Product exposure to sandstorms.
Product impact from accidents, scratches, or bird residues.
Product exposure to external factors such as chemicals.
Cleaning the product with chemicals that cause damage.
Cleaning the product with rough cloths causing scratches.
Car polishing.
Non-compliance with regular maintenance at authorized GeoShield centers every 6 months.
Any maintenance or modification outside GeoShield centers and not recorded in the maintenance log.

Usage Instructions:

Do not wash the car for at least 7 days after installation.
Use nano and wax products after each car wash to maintain Nano Ceramic Coating layers and avoid loss of protection effectiveness.
Remove bird residues within a maximum of 4 hours.
In case of any issues, visit the nearest authorized GeoShield center for inspection and maintenance.
Provide the invoice for maintenance requests.

Paint Protection Film Warranty

GeoShield guarantees professionally installed paint protection films at all authorized GeoShield installation centers in the Gulf Arab countries.

The warranty covers the following factors:

The warranty does not cover the following factors:

Tearing due to misuse.
Impact from objects on the road.
Exposure to sandstorms.
Accidents and scratches.
Deliberate damage in any form.
Non-compliance with regular maintenance at authorized GeoShield centers every 6 months.
Maintenance or removal of the film outside GeoShield centers, leading to warranty cancellation.
Placing chemicals on the protective film.
The film color may change by 2% to 5%, which does not affect the product’s quality.
Any maintenance or modification outside GeoShield centers and not recorded in the maintenance log.

Usage Instructions:

Do not wash the car for at least 7 days after installation.
Use GeoShield-approved products for car washing, enhancing performance, and avoiding petrochemical substances.
Avoid immediate travel after film installation.
Comply with regular maintenance every 6 months at authorized GeoShield centers; non-compliance cancels the warranty.
If issues arise, visit the nearest authorized GeoShield center for inspection and maintenance.
Leave the film for self-healing for at least 4 weeks.
Provide the invoice for maintenance requests.

Heat Insulation Film Warranty

GeoShield guarantees heat insulation films for glass professionally installed at all authorized GeoShield centers in the Gulf Arab countries.

Unlimited Warranty

The warranty covers the following factors:

The following factors are compensated by replacing the film, and the warranty covers the initial purchaser of the service only.

The warranty does not cover the following factors:

Scratches and film detachment due to window movement or dust on rubbers and window frames.
Use of cleaning materials causing film oxidation and color change.
Film removal or part of it.
Film removal due to traffic violations.
Any maintenance or modification outside GeoShield centers and not recorded in the maintenance log.

Usage Instructions:

Do not open windows within 48 hours of installation.
Do not clean or wash the glass for 7 days.
Do not touch or peel the film edges.
Some waves and bubbles may appear, which is normal and will disappear over time during the self-healing period of 4 to 6 weeks.
The warranty does not cover problems arising from non-compliance with the above points.

Cleaning:

Clean the film with ammonia-free cleaners and wipe with a soft cloth to avoid scratches.
Provide the invoice for maintenance requests.
