Thermal insulation warranty:-

Geoshield guarantees professionally installed glass film installation at all Geoshield-approved installation centers in the GCC.

Unlimited warranty

The warranty covers the following factors:

1. Product safety from manufacturing defects
2. slander
3. peeling
4. adhesive failure
5. bubbles
6. Installation defects

The following factors are compensated by film replacement and the warranty extends to the first purchaser of the service only.

The warranty does not cover the following factors:

1. Scratches and film separation due to mechanical movement of the windows and dust on the sash and window frame.
2. Using cleaning materials that cause the film to oxidize and change its color.
3. Remove the film or part of it.
4. The film was dismantled due to a traffic violation.
5. Any maintenance or modification outside the Geoshield Center and not recorded in the maintenance record.

Instructions for use:

1. Do not open windows within 48 hours of installation.
2. Do not clean or wash the glass for 7 days.
3. Do not touch or loosen the edges of the film.
4. Some ripples and bubbles may appear, this is normal and will disappear after a while. The self-healing period of the film extends from 4 to 6 weeks.
5. The warranty does not cover problems resulting from failure to comply with the above points.

Cleaning:

The film is cleaned with ammonia-free cleaners and wiped with a soft, scratch-free cloth.

• An invoice must be presented to request maintenance.

Paint Protection Films Warranty

GeoShield guarantees professionally installed paint protection films at all GeoShield-approved installation centers in the GCC.

Ceramic Shield: Unlimited Warranty*

Ceramic Shield Plus: Unlimited Warranty*

The warranty covers the following factors:

1. Product safety from manufacturing defects
2. bubbles
3. adhesive failure
4. Installation defects

The warranty does not cover the following factors:

1. tearing due to misuse
2. affected by objects thrown in the road
3. affected by sandstorms
4. Accidents and stories
5. intentional harm in any form
6. Failure to comply with periodic maintenance at approved Geoshield centers every 6 months
7. Servicing or removing the film outside of Geoshield centers will void the warranty.
8. Applying chemicals over the protective film
9. The film color may change by 2% to 5%, but this will not affect the quality of the product.
10. Any maintenance or modification outside the Geoshield Center and not recorded in the maintenance record.

Instructions for use:

1. Do not wash the car for at least 7 days from the date of installation.
2. Using materials approved by Geoshield in car washing, maintaining the protective film, improving performance and shine, and free of petrochemicals.
3. Do not travel by car immediately after installing the protective film.
4. Commitment to periodic maintenance every 6 months at most. Failure to comply with periodic maintenance waives the company's liability for damage to the film.
5. If there are any comments, please go to the nearest authorized Geoshield center for inspection and maintenance.
6. Leave the film to self-cure for at least 4 weeks.
7. An invoice must be presented to request maintenance.

Nano ceramic coating guarantee

Geoshield guarantees 9H nano ceramic coatings at all Geoshield-approved installation centers in the GCC.

• Two layers: 3-year warranty
• 4 layers: 5 years warranty

The warranty covers the following factors:

1. Product safety from manufacturing defects
2. Continued product effectiveness

The warranty does not cover the following factors:

1. The product was affected by sandstorms.
2. The product has been affected by accidents, scratches and scuffs.
3. Product affected by bird droppings
4. The product is affected by external factors such as chemicals.
5. Cleaning the product with chemical cleaners will cause damage.
6. Cleaning the product with rough cloths causes scratches.
7. Car polishing.
8. Failure to comply with periodic maintenance at approved Geoshield centers every 6 months
9. Any maintenance or modification outside the Geoshield Center and not recorded in the maintenance record.

Instructions for use:

1. Do not wash the car for at least 7 days from the date of installation.
2. Nano and wax products should be used after every car wash to maintain the nano ceramic layers and prevent loss of protection.
3. Bird droppings must be removed within 4 hours.
4. If there are any comments, you should go to the nearest authorized Geoshield center for inspection and maintenance.
5. An invoice must be presented to request maintenance.
